Bottle Stopper – SpectraPly Americana with Stainless Steel

I hand turn every bottle stopper on a lathe to highlight the grain and natural color of the wood. I apply 16 coats of Cyanoacrylate glue (CA or super glue) to the wood. Then the CA is hand polished to 12,000 grit and finally buff to achieve a tough, high gloss finish.

I use SS Niles solid stainless steel or brass stoppers with 4 soft O-rings. They fit almost any bottle with 2 O-rings making contact to form a tight seal. These stoppers fit most all screw top, wine, olive oil, vinegar, liqueur and spirits bottles.

Hand-crafted with precision and care, this bottle stopper combines the timeless beauty of wood with the durability of stainless steel.
